Kimberly Suriano MD, FACOG, FAARM

“I view the patient and physician relationship as a collaborative one. We will use my medical expertise and your understanding of yourself to move towards your optimal health and well-being.”

As a surgeon, Dr. Suriano likes to explore several options before surgery is considered. If surgery is warranted then she utilizes the latest minimally invasive approaches such as Robotic Laparoscopic procedures and Hysteroscopy. With sensitive health issues such as menopause, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction, she uses a holistic approach with a large tool kit that includes alternative therapies. Since completing medical acupuncture in 2009, she uses acupuncture to support the care she gives.

Dr. Suriano’s blessings are many and include her two lovely daughters, extensive international travel and community of friends and family. She has a daily spiritual practice that includes meditation, devotion, study and service. Her practice has allowed her to appreciate the silence in herself and others. She enjoys bike commuting, cycling, mountain biking, backpacking and Gyrokinesis. She has an appreciation for different cultures and she speaks fluent Spanish and Italian. She is currently studying Sanskrit.
